DANCE Fitness Christmas Party

This 'Dance Fitness Christmas Party' is a fun way to let your hair down whilst shaking your groove thing to an uplifting soundtrack mixed by a LIVE DJ. This dance event will be a combination of our Fitness DANCE Fusion and Themed Dance Fusion classes - if you have ever been interested in attending any of our weekly dance fitness sessions but have been unable, this gives you the opportunity to try both out... Bring a friend or two along with you to have fun and workout together!! Get that pep back in your step to finish off the year and keep that motivation going throughout the festive period...

7:00PM - Arrival & Registration.

7.15PM - Fitness DANCE Fusion & THEMED Dance Fusion

7.50PM - Tone, Stretch & Cool Down

8.00PM - Mingle & Raffle

*Make sure that you are wearing suitable workout clothing and footwear. If you have an exercise mat please bring it along with you. There will be a limited number of spare mats available to borrow*

The cost to register to attend this event is £6 - this will give you access to the event and a FREE raffle ticket to enter the competition to win a SS Dance & Wellbeing 'Fitness Fusion' steel tumbler flask.

If you are struggling to move on a regular basis, or feel like you have lost the motivation, maybe even a little bit anxious about trying it out because of low confidence please do not worry... This event will be welcoming and accessible for all abilities, you can work to your level and to your bodies capabilities. Feel the benefits of getting your body moving and grooving, de-stress and improve your wellbeing. It's coming up towards the end of the year so time to let your hair down with a great festive DANCE party!!
