Come for the vibes and stay for the wellness... Join Sophie once a month on Saturdays for an energising morning of fitness, vibes and food. This exciting new dance event blends 35 mins of dance fitness, 20 minutes of core and stretching with Kalms nourishing Grazing Board.

DANCEFIT 'n' BRUNCH is going to become the new way to decompress at the end of the month! This class is a great way to dance yourself fit with Sophie's combination of different styles fused with endurance and strength exercises put to a soundtrack of your favourite tunes.
